Assisting to prepare all tax reconciliations in a timely manner according to law in order to prevent any legal fines.
Assisting to accounting, budgeting and reporting process within the company.
Assisting to preparing Balance Sheet and Income Statements.
Regular contact with external tax and legal consultants
Background in staff expenses management, supplier invoices management and payments, client invoicing and maintaining strong relationships with client accountants to ensure smooth and compliant accounting process.
Assistance with monthly payroll – be able to prepare calculations, income & social taxes and other necessary adjustments.
Prepare analysis of accounts as outlined by the group– be able to explain and provide back up to all accounts.
Prepare month end reporting – To ensure actuals are processed on time correctly and timely.
Prepare management reporting – Assist with Budgeting & forecasting as required overview, analysis and quality control of financial and management reports.
Assist with year-end close.
Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
