The position is Property Consultant and successful candidates will be the first contact for our new clients. Your Customer Service skills will ensure that you can respond quickly and efficiently to new inquiries, building relationships and offering advice and information. You will develop and manage a database of up to 450 clients on a regular basis. Successful candidates will be:
· Experienced in a customer facing position
· Computer proficient, using MS products, online chat, and in-house database
· Competent, with excellent written & verbal skills, in English, Arabic and other languages
· Organized and reliable
· Self-motivated and able to work well without close supervision
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
· Minimum 2 years experience in a Turkish Real Estate Market
· Turkish Or Arabic as mother tongue plus Advanced level (reading/writing/speaking) in English
. Turkish driving license is an advantage

PC duties include:
· Replying to all new inquiries in a professional and informative manner
· Creating and updating in-house database records
· Identifying clients’ needs and sending property details to meet budget & requirements
· Establishing client relationships to build trust and rapport
· Encouraging clients to visit, and arranging viewing appointments
