Our software solutions company boraq-group.com in Istanbul (Avr) is seeking the recruitment
of office administrative assistant responsibilities and duties are stipulated below:
●Providing administrative support and services.
●Assist in handling daily operational and secretarial tasks
●Answer and route calls of the office and handle inquiries from the customers.
●Liaison between team members and customers
●Handle the Human Resources issues under the supervision of
●Draft/edit and send correspondence
●Keep all office documentation and correspondences duly filed
●Follow up on pending issues and solve them
●Bachelor degree required
●Excellent communication skills
●Energetic and has sense of initiative
●Good knowledge of accounting
●good command of English and Turkish language Arabic is a must.
●Excellent command of computer and software applications and social media.
Salary will be determined after interview.
Salary includes food and transportation compensation.
